Winner Winner Chicken Dinner

What do I have for dinner when nothing at all sounds good to eat?

And the winner is...a cup of apple sauce, and a raspberry frozen yogurt with raspberries and almonds on it. Very healthy (dairy group, fruit group, and protein group)

Mmmmmmmmm.............

That's what happens when you're a college student.

24th Birthday!

Yep...I'm 24. It seems like only yesterday I turned 20! Where the heck did time go?!

What have I been doing for the past 24 years?

• Played soccer for 8 years...basketball for 4 (And I managed to never get a bloody nose or a broken bone despite the numerous times I was hit in the face or kicked really hard...I've still never had one to this day.)
• Graduated from Redlands East Valley High School
• Tore my ACL (I would rather have broken a bone this time!)
• Lots of cake decorating (I have a blog with with pictures of some of my cakes on it called espeshelleycakes.blogspot.com)
• Learned how to ski (So much fun! I highly recommend everyone to go skiing when they come to Utah)
• Got a new brother-in-law who is awesome, funny, really nice, and an amazing chef
• Got a new nephew who is the cutest thing since I came along ;)
• Got my first and only speeding ticket (which I was so mad about...cuz I was going 5 over and it was the LAST day of the month!)
• Finishing my last semester at BYU, FINALLY...6 years later...8 majors later ( I finally chose Business Marketing and I LOVE IT!) Me + graduating = VERY HAPPY Parents! :)
• And now I'm currently contemplating where to start my career, where to move to, and what I will be doing with the next years of my life...

For my birthday, my roommate Erin made dinner for our apartment + Matt and it was delicious. It was so much fun to just relax and spend time with friends. We played skip-bo (one of my sister's and my favorite games) and watched Emperor's New Groove (one of my favs).

My roommates gave me The Office Season 4, an iTunes gift card, Horton Hears a Who movie, and one of my favorite games, Skip-bo. They also got me a fun birthday cake complete with ballerinas...you had to be there :) Thank you guys...You are the best!
